Responsibilities:
  • Handle Account Payable (Local and Overseas).
  • Follow up Statement of Account with Suppliers. Reconcile suppliers’ invoices againstsupplier quotation and our billing to customer.
  • Update supplier invoices into the accounting system and prepare payment to supplier.
  • Credit Control and update collection status.
  • Prepare reporting
  • Pleasant personality and attitudes are preferred.
  • Have good experience and perform well –work independently, efficiently, hardworking.
  • Able to meet KPI.

Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or it's equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in related/similar industry.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.
  • Good command of oral & written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate
  • Based in Sunway office
