Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and feedback from customers over the phone or via Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
Ensure and provides quality service to customers
Manage ecommerce administration (content uploading, data entry, sorting, liaising with customer and collaborative partners)
Support to Sales and Marketing
Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:
Speak, write and read fluent in English and Malay
Candidate must possess at least SPM / "O" Level or Higher Secondary/ STPM / "A" Level with additional qualification as an Administrative assistant.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Self-motivated, ambitious and drive to achieve
Able to work independently
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Strong in execution and follow-up skills
Possess initiative, organized, good work ethic and punctual
