JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Assist and support Marketing team with marketing activities, such as organizing events, attend to promotional activities, attend to visiting customers, external agencies and service providers.
  • Assist marketing team with brainstorming, marketing & advertising strategies.
  • Provide general administrative support such as preparing purchase order, stock in, invoicing, courier, filling, recording, etc.
  • Complete the business arrangements, convergence work; if necessary, do the minutes of the meeting, and to prepare a common copy and general work report.
  • Responsible for receiving and dispatching various correspondence, mail and documents etc.
  • Prepare tabulate corporate order such as Lucky draw, Malaysia's Festival, etc.
  • Assist superior in sourcing for supply of marketing collaterals such as materials for print, event partners for sound & lightings and obtain relevant quotation for events & projects.
  • To perform any other job assignments/duties that may be assigned from time to time as required by the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Adaptable and quick learner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin is a Must.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply as training is provided.
