Roles & Responsibilities


General administration duties
Sales Coordination work
Create quotes to customer
Customer enquiry and basic support assistance
Ad-hoc duties
prepare presentations

Requirements

Positive attitude
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma holders with minimum 1 year of administrative experience
Excellent customer service and good interpersonal skills and competent in both verbal and written communication.
Knowledge in Information Technology preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good typing skill
Able to work independently
Responsible and hardworking
Must have a PRO-ACTIVE approach
Meticulous and ability to work independently
Experience in customer service would be an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
Analytical and systematic
creative, result-oriented
To indicate expected salary

Event helping (Carry things help with lighting) Part time
Help during events to carry things, and hold lightings etc.
