Oversee the plumbing, masonry, carpentry and general works for the mall.
Monitor the landscape and indoor plants to enhance the aesthetic value of the mall
Monitor the pest control, refuse and waste removal
Monitor the Housekeeping and Cleaning works by the cleaning contractors to maintain a high standard of cleanliness of the mall.
Monitor the daily Operating Condition of Services and Equipment that includes maintaining and getting the right contractors to repair equipment in case of breakdown etc.
Recommendation and implementation on maintenance efficiency and cost effectiveness
Oversee and monitor daily car-park operations.
Oversee the car-park supervisors (managing and leading a team of carpark cashiers) or car-park operator and ensure all work procedures are properly complied with including the proper reconciliation of all monies collected.
Public safety is a key consideration and the Building Assistant Manager will liaise closely with the Security Department to ensure the security and safety of the shoppers, retailers and workers of the shopping mall, at all times.
Handing over of Vacant Possession of shop lots, monitoring and inspecting the renovation works of tenant together with relevant departments.
Coordination, compilation and preparation of monthly reports from departments under Building Services.
Part of the ERT (Emergency Respond Team) committee.
Assists Marketing Department in Events (set-up, during events and dismantling)
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Building Management or equivalent.
At least three (3) to five (5) years experience in similar capacity.
Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
