- Assist to liaise & follow-up on all business & daily work related matters
- Assist to perform secretarial function such as emails and facsimiles.
- Assist to screen through all the telephone calls and enquiries appropriately.
- Assist to liaise with suppliers, customers and all business contacts.
- Assist to draft memos, letter, minutes.
- Assist to arrange & schedule work appointments, meetings, travel itinerary & hotel accommodation and to handle all private & confidential matters.
- Assist to prepare written documentation, presentations & business proposals in Excel and/ or Power Point
- Assist to gather all business research & necessary information.
- Assist to provide full range of confidential personal assistance to the Secretary.
- Assist to maintain a well-organised filing system that secures confidential file.
- Assist to undertake other ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Possess good interpersonal communication skills.
- Well verse in Microsoft Office (especially Power Point) and possess good report writing & presentation skills.
- Matured, details oriented, organized and able to deal with all level of staff.
- Able to multitask, be resourceful & proactive with good common sense & also a snese of urgency
- Must willing to work at Petaling Jaya.
