  • Assist to liaise & follow-up on all business & daily work related matters
  • Assist to perform secretarial function such as emails and facsimiles.
  • Assist to screen through all the telephone calls and enquiries appropriately.
  • Assist to liaise with suppliers, customers and all business contacts.
  • Assist to draft memos, letter, minutes.
  • Assist to arrange & schedule work appointments, meetings, travel itinerary & hotel accommodation and to handle all private & confidential matters.
  • Assist to prepare written documentation, presentations & business proposals in Excel and/ or Power Point
  • Assist to gather all business research & necessary information.
  • Assist to provide full range of confidential personal assistance to the Secretary.
  • Assist to maintain a well-organised filing system that secures confidential file.
  • Assist to undertake other ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

        Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Possess good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Well verse in Microsoft Office (especially Power Point) and possess good report writing & presentation skills.
  • Matured, details oriented, organized and able to deal with all level of staff.
  • Able to multitask, be resourceful & proactive with good common sense & also a snese of urgency
  • Must willing to work at Petaling Jaya.
