Candidates must possess a Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Chemistry / any Science related discipline.
Knowledge in baking science or skills will be an advantage.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Must possess a valid driving license.
Candidates with working experience in relevant field are encouraged to apply ( Technical Executive ).
Oversee the operation of technical service and product application division to ensure efficient day to day running, which include planning, testing and approving of new additives source, new wheat, incoming wheat / additives. Troubleshooting of flour quality issues that arises from production fluctuation, analysis of complaint / competitors samples etc.
Assist Group Technical Manager in evaluation of wheat & planning wheat usage of Malaysian mills.
Assist in product R&D.
He/She is expected to travel occasionally to provide technical service as well as troubleshooting in customer premise.
Gather market information and customer feedback for continuous improvement & market strategizing.
Assist in setting up and training of technical service staffs for new mills within the group.
Assist Group Technical Manager in providing technical support to other mills.
To stay up to date with development in the industries and propose budget for upgrade / improvement of testing facilities where necessary.
Perform any other duties / responsibilities as assigned by Group Technical Manager (Flour).
