Salary Range: RM 2500- 2800
Responsible:
-Greeting visitor with professional and courteous manner
-Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls appropriately
-Co-ordinate mails, dispatch, attendance record and courier services
-To record staff leave application
-To assist other administration tasks as required
Requirements:
-Candidate must posses at least STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
-Required language(s): English, Mandarin
-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
-Good communication skills
-Good interpersonal skills
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Pleasant personality and presentable appearance
-Preferably below 30 years old
