The Campaign Manager is responsible for the overall management and execution of a campaign. You will also be responsible for ensuring the campaign deliverables are met and achieving the highest level of client satisfaction. These campaigns are specific to lead generation for IT solutions.
Key accountabilities:
- Lead and manage the telemarketing team to achieve Key Performance Indexes (Sales Targets)
- Handle and resolve enquiries escalated from team members as and when necessary
- Ensure all team members understand the company policies and management procedures
- Ensure team members are familiar with product knowledge and campaign specifications.
- Plan, execute and monitor the progress of the campaign ensuring deadlines are met
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively, within deadline and aligned with business objectives
- Provide analysis and reporting of each campaign, including interpretation, commentary and recommendations
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English: Able to communicate and motivate using strong written and verbal communication skills; good presentation skills
- Able to work as part of a team, prioritize, multi-task, work under minimum supervisiom
- Accountable and results-oriented
- Someone who demonstrates a client-first mentality
- Data-driven: Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Proactive, self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, can-do attitude, willing to take on new tasks and go above and beyond typical daily responsibilities
