Requirement :
 
  •  Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  •  Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
  •  Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  •  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  •  Excellent presentation skills / Compelling public speaker
  • Sound decision making and organisational skills
  • Collaborative team player
  •  Highly independent
  •  Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  •  Communicate well to all levels of stakeholders consistently
  •  Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  •  Hands on, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  •  Administrative skills to manage training programs
  •  At least 10 years of relevant working experience
  •  Knowledge of Insurance is a plus (Life and General Insurance)
  •  BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field

Requirement :
 
  •  Identify Training Needs for all employees in the centre
  •  Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
  •  Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
  •  Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
  •  Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
  •  Deliver training courses (Technical and Soft Skills)
  •  Source for external trainings when necessary
  •  Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour
  •  Evaluate the outcomes of training sessions and maintain records of trainees’ progress and achievements
  •  Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
  •  Learn and understand the business
  •  Monitor training costs against budgets and ensure they make the most efficient use of company resources
  •  Develop standard templates
