- Minimum qualification – SPM (Fresh graduate are welcome)
- Good communication in B. Malaysia and English .
- Computer knowledge.
- Discipline, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in teamwork and under supervision.
- Legal recovery & banking experience is an advantage.
- Make calls to customers
- Advice customers to make payment
- Remind customers to make payment.
- Responsible to answer questions from customers and make payment arrangements
- Answer incoming calls from customers.
