Assist in providing company secretarial services to a range of clients;
Incorporation of local companies as and when requested by clients;
Handle full set of company secretarial documents;
Communicate with clients independently;
Prepare and arrange statutory forms for filing;
General filing of documents and statutory books;
Update and maintain records/information
Ensure filing deadlines are met;
Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary will offered depend on experience.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Degree / Diploma holder and starting ICSA qualification;
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Good computer skills
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
Independent and able to work under pressure.
