Design, manage and administer in an accurateand timely manner the slaries, incentives and other compensation and benefits policies and programs for employees
Ensure per legislative statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, HRDF, etc are made as per legislative requirements,
Responsible to ensure appropriate recors are maintained for easy retrieval of employees life cycle in the company which include Appointment letters/Employment Agreement , Confirmation, Transfer, Increment & Promotion, Resignation and other employee related correspondences
Continously champion change, manage and improve alignment between rewards startegies and pratices with business objectives to ensure Biocon Malaysia gains and maintains competitives advantage from effectives rewards management and motivated talent force
Manage the selection, budget and participation in national and global compensation and benefits surveys and anaysis including job role evaluation, description and salary scale/structure development and review on periodic basis to ensure Biocon Malaysia is in line with market practices.
Assist in providing Management with on going consultation and enable processes and tools that facilitate the administration of equitable quality C & B programs to ensure a competitive market position.
Assist in obtaining management buy-in for innovations proposed to continously improved the rewards strategy.
Assist in analysing and recommending appropriate annual merit increase budget recommendations and guidelines , including variable bonus for Biocon Malaysia.
Ensure Company compliance with applicable goverment requirements. Consult legal counsel to ensure all policies comply with related Malaysian laws.
Lead and provide startegic direction to compensation and benefits team including establishing objectives, measuring results and ensuring employee accountablity and development.
