You will play an important role, such as :
• Monitor and process online order fulfilment, inventory and return or exchange issues on the system.
• Provide customer service on return processing, product defects and other delivery issues.
• Monitor and control product and packing materials inventory.
• Provide customer service to various e-commerce platforms via live chat, email and phone call (if required)
• Actively liaise with external stakeholders such as warehouse, Courier Company and various e-commerce platforms’ customer service team.
