Your New Role
- Handling of incoming calls and attending customer enquiries
- Responsible to Customer Service Department day-to day service desks activities
- Provide sales support to a team of field sales executives
- Allocate and processes orders and provide delivery information
- Liaise with customers on re-order and delivery date
- Handle Dissatisfied customers in as polite and professional way
- Maintain good filing system of customer inquiries for future reference
- Track and follow -up all customer requests in timely manner
What you’ll need to succeed
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" LevelSTPM/ or any field.
- We are looking for individuals that have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Experience in customer service roles is desirable but not essential, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Language Required: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (Must).
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literature & Good Attitude.
