Customer service execution; to drive growth through optimizing current business opportunities while identifying new market opportunities to support short and long term growth. -Developing a business plan and training strategy for assigned sectors and customers. -Management of key account customer with a proactive and professional approach to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue and profitability. -Identify and maintain close contact with key decision makers and influencers at all levels through a focused. -Local marketing activities and customer events to drive revenue within assigned sectors. -Market and customer analysis. -Working effectively with other functions to ensure required technical ,operational and implementation information are specified and priced correctly Additional duties as assigned Requirements & Skills The ideal candidate shall have a strong entrepreneurial focus and drive, to successfully develop Company position. In addition the qualifications and skills as per below: Degree in business or similar 1 years of experience of a similar role Experience in developing markets and new business sectors Willingness and ability to work with high and low, both strategic and operational Customer focus, with a deep understanding of end user consumers Trustworthy with ability to build long term relationship Driven, well organized, independent and enterprising as a person Excellent communication skills in Malay and good in English
