Customer Service Specialist

RM2500.00 - RM3500.00 per month , including bonuses

Responsibilities of post:

  • Review the integrity and reasonableness of customer orders;
  • Communicate with customers and review the enforceability of customer orders;
  • Reply to comments on Facebook;
  • Customer email reply;
  • Online order consultation reply.

Requirement of employment:

  • Can speak Cantonese and English. Customer service industry experience is preferred over half a year;
  • Familiar with logistics mode / customer service center / call center operation mode is preferred;
  • Good communication with people, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of project needs;
  • Can receive inexperienced and recent graduates;

Working Days:

Monday to Friday - 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
Saturday - 09:00 am to 01:00 pm

Lunchtime-12:00 pm to 13:30 pm

Sunday - Off Day

Job Type: Full-time
