We are looking for a Customer Support (CS) Executive who is passionate about creating memorable and remarkable customer experiences. ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
· Office supplies, infrastructure and equipment governance to ensure no downtime and business disruptions.
· Perform general admin duties.
· Control and handling of stock inventory.
· Handling of any incoming & outcoming daily mail or call.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Certification in Service Management/ Accounts or related field with a minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant working experience preferred.
· Fresh graduates in related fields will be considered.
· Malaysia accounting knowledge will be advantageous.
· Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and use of accounting software.
· Good interpersonal and time managements skills
· Independent, meticulous and responsible with good working attitude.
