Job Description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend to vacant Field Sales territories Perform an outbound call to customer under the vacant territories. Influences customers to buy products and to give product information and price quotations. To maintain & update the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number) To attend customer's feedback and handle customer related enquiries and complaints To monitor the new account creation under vacant territories and work closely with the ASM To execute any promotion implemented by Marketing/Sales for re-activation or existing customer under the vacant territories. Provide excellent customer experience and maintain high level of service and professionalism at all times Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed INSIDE SALES SKILLS: Results Driven, Persistence, Time Management, Telephone Sales, Customer Service, Selling to CustomerNeeds, Prospecting Skills, Motivation for Sales, Handles Rejection, Professionalism, Product Knowledge QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as personal training is provided. Over 2 year of relevant experience in handling outbound calls/Telemarketing/Telesales is a plus Office tools knowledge Good written & spoken English skills.
