职位描述

1. 協助公司各部門招募,收集简历,面试候选人;

2. 利用社交媒体及招聘网站刊登招聘广告,拥有使用招聘平台经验为佳

3. 人員出勤管理,輸入匯入每日出勤表,了解人員實際出勤狀況;

4. 薪酬計算;

5. 協助主管製作各類表單,及提供人事行政作業流程;

6. 人力資源盤點並製作員工職務工作說明書;

7. 管理公司人員異動或資料異動;

8. 行政庶務支援;

9. 完成主管交办的任务。

工作详情:

*10AM~7PM,中間1小時休息用餐時間,周休一日

*試用期3個月,表現優異者可爭取提前轉正

Job requirements

1. Good MANDARIN reading and writing skills, strong language skills

2. Those who are willing to work overseas are preferred

3. Familiar with Office operating software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

4. Must have excellent thinking and expression skills

5. Able to work independently and possess high stress resistance

6. Have a high degree of self-discipline

7. Have a goal-oriented work attitude

Job description

1. Assist all departments of the company to recruit, collect resume and interview candidates

2. Utilize social media and job portal to post job ads, experiences in using job portal are preferred

3. Personnel attendance management, import the daily attendance table to understand the actual attendance status of personnel;

4. Salary calculation;

5. Assist the supervisor to make various forms and provide human resources and administrative work procedures;

6. Inventory of human resources and prepare staff job descriptions;

7. Manage company personnel changes or data changes;

8. Administrative general affairs support

9. Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by team lead

Working Details:

*10AM~7PM, 1 hour rest time, one day off per week

*The probation period is 3 months, and those who perform well can strive for early conversion
