Job Description:
- Assist all departments of the company to recruit, collect resume and interview candidates
- Utilize social media and job portal to post job ads, experiences in using job portal are preferred
- Personnel attendance management, import the daily attendance table to understand the actual attendance status of personnel;
- Salary calculation;
- Assist the supervisor to make various forms and provide human resources and administrative work procedures;
- Inventory of human resources and prepare staff job descriptions;
- Manage company personnel changes or data changes;
- Administrative general affairs support
- Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by team lead
Working Details:
- 10AM~7PM, 1 hour rest time, one day off per week
- The probation period is 3 months, and those who perform well can strive for early conversion
