     Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Banking, Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin will be an added advantages
  • Required Skill(s): multitasking, good communication skills
  • Posses own transport will be added advantage
  • Good attitude and responsible character
  • Self-starter with good in communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work with the team, able to write and verbal communicate in English and Mandarin.
      Responsibility
  • Attend to all incoming enquiries from the customer.
  • Liaise with internal department to ensure customer enquiries are attended to.
  • Possess good attitude, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Build a good, sustainable relationship and trust with the customer through open and interactive communication.
