Responsibilities: 
  • Perform tasks relating to registration and administrative

  • Assist in digitizing HR records

  • Prepare, maintain and update documents

  • Filter and transfer calls and emails (Might include Chinese speakers)


Requirements:
  • High emotional intelligence and positive attitude

  • Malaysian and fluent to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese 

  • Details oriented and high in discipline

  • Hunger to learn

  • Internship 3 months minimum, Starting 2 Feb 2021

  • Excel, Detail-orientated, Multitask
