Job Description : 
  • Arrange interview sessions for vacant jobs. 
  • Call the panels to check on their availability and book the date by doing calendar invitation. 
  • Email the panels the interview evaluation form, job description of related position and the resume of the candidates.
  • Call the candidates to inform the date of the interview session and email the details of the interview session including the application form, consent letter, list of benefits and maps of CGC. 
  • Email the detail of the interview session to the recruitment agencies if the candidates are from the agencies. 
  • Attend the candidates that come for the interview sessions by collecting all the documents that needed in the interview sessions. 
  • Check and arrange the documents according to the checklist for interview documents. 
  • Give the candidates the assessment questions that they need to answer in given time. 
  • Call and inform the panels when the candidates are ready for the interview. 
  • Send background check to verity intelligence and save results when they are returned. 
  • Do reference check by calling two out of three referees that had been stated in the candidate’s consent letter. 
  • Updating the interview tracking system in the STA folder. 
  • Do filings on the documents of employee personal file structure. 
  • Assists and do any tasks that had been assigned by the superiors.
  • Log into job portal website to find candidates resume for position or level of Executives. 
  • Assist in representing the company at recruiting events such as career fairs, etc. 
  • Other administrative and human capital tasks as assigned. 
  • Send out email to candidates that are reject/KIV according to the tracker. 
  • Do invoice for verity intelligence monthly payment.
