Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare presentations for current and new clients.
  • Providing administrative and organisational support to the department for maximising efficiency.
  • Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all company products, relevant selling points and benefits.
  • Work with the team to ensure that deadlines are met when work with tenders and the processes.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing material with the Marketing team.
  • Help protect company’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify common new business prospects and approaches.
  • Plan persuasive approaches and strategies that will convince potential clients to do business with Mayshowa.
  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the new prospect’s people and capabilities.
  • To monitor and report on progress in securing those meetings and the resultant business won; identifying what is and isn’t working as a feed
  • To instigate contact strategies with existing clients, in support of the Principal Consultants who manage client relationships
  • To perform any tasks assigned by Management as and when required.

Requirements:
  • Diploma holder or higher in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year(s) working experience in similar field.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Energetic and committed to client satisfaction.
  • Customer service oriented to build good intermediary relationship.
  • Good business and organizational knowledge with analytical skills.
  • Experience in a sales/business development/marketing role, preferably in the professional services industry
  • International mindset and excellent understanding of other cultures
  • Experience interacting with senior level decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills (phone, listening and writing skills in English); in particular you should be able to deal effectively with gatekeepers by email and phone and have very high-quality relationship building and fact finding conversations over the phone with senior decision-makers
  • Strong personal organisation, planning and prioritisation skills
  • Sound analytical and numeracy skills, given the research and management information reporting aspect of the role
