RM2200.00 - RM4000.00 per month , including bonuses
Plan and prepare presentations for current and new clients.
Providing administrative and organisational support to the department for maximising efficiency.
Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all company products, relevant selling points and benefits.
Work with the team to ensure that deadlines are met when work with tenders and the processes.
Contribute to the development of marketing material with the Marketing team.
Help protect company’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Work closely with colleagues to identify common new business prospects and approaches.
Plan persuasive approaches and strategies that will convince potential clients to do business with Mayshowa.
Research and develop a thorough understanding of the new prospect’s people and capabilities.
To monitor and report on progress in securing those meetings and the resultant business won; identifying what is and isn’t working as a feed
To instigate contact strategies with existing clients, in support of the Principal Consultants who manage client relationships
To perform any tasks assigned by Management as and when required.
Diploma holder or higher in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year(s) working experience in similar field.
Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Energetic and committed to client satisfaction.
Customer service oriented to build good intermediary relationship.
Good business and organizational knowledge with analytical skills.
Experience in a sales/business development/marketing role, preferably in the professional services industry
International mindset and excellent understanding of other cultures
Experience interacting with senior level decision-makers
Excellent communication and influencing skills (phone, listening and writing skills in English); in particular you should be able to deal effectively with gatekeepers by email and phone and have very high-quality relationship building and fact finding conversations over the phone with senior decision-makers
Strong personal organisation, planning and prioritisation skills
Sound analytical and numeracy skills, given the research and management information reporting aspect of the role
