  • Lead/support testing of PeopleSoft functionality
  • Updates, maintains and audits HR data across PeopleSoft modules and other sub systems as assigned
  • Supports HRIS system changes, upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned
  • Analyse and processes inquiries and system issues in a timely manner by thoroughly researching issues, interpreting guidelines, procedures, policies and practices, determining the action needed and providing/executing appropriate solutions
  • Provides frontline functional/ technical support by working with HRIS support/ 3rd party vendor to troubleshoot system and end-user issues
  • Performs a variety of general office activities to support the HRIS function
  • Write scopes of work and functional specifications to include: table setup, data conversion, workflows reports
  • Develop and update operating procedures and training materials as needed
  • Support small-to-large scale projects for PeopleSoft implementations and modifications
  • Provide guidance and training to users on how to use the system more effectively
  • Maintain a close working relationship with all integrated functions to ensure system performance is working
  • Assist with task prioritization and assignment, and support other team members as appropriate
  • Maintain appropriate level of process, functional and technical knowledge and participate in training to continue to develop such knowledge
  • Assist to ensure that all assignments are completed with the highest quality and within agreed-to Service Level Agreement guidelines and Key Performance Indicator targets
  • Identify and implement continues improvement initiatives as assigned
  • Execute and support adhoc task as assigned
  • Tertiary education in HR, IT or equivalents
  • Possess functional knowledge in one or more PeopleSoft HR modules and the ability to become proficient in additional modules
  • Must maintain a complete understanding of PeopleSoft tables and integration points and keep abreast of new enhancements and planned new PeopleSoft releases
  • Strong functional skills in supporting the PeopleSoft HR system for the HRIS function
  • Ability to develop on two or more of the following: SQL/PSQL, Query, PeopleCode, SQR, App Engine or PeopleTools
  • Ability to work with and guide other team members
  • Working knowledge and use of PeopleSoft or related database software
  • Ability to process requests consistently with general supervision
  • Ability to prioritize problems and promptly resolve or escalate when necessary strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and collaborate across the HRIS function at all levels within and outside the organization
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage individual assignments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft HR modules
  • Ability to read, write and speak in Mandarin is an added advantage
