  • Daily administration of the front desk duties (handles emails, mails and all incoming calls and transfer to respective individuals/ departments).
  • Deal with all enquiries professionally.
  • Greet and attend to walk-in guests, visitors or clients warmly and with courteous manner.
  • Manage daily postal and courier services delivery and pick up arrangement.
  • Manage and keep track of bills payments and ensure all bills are process for payment on time.
  • Manage payment collection from retailers and hand it to relevant departments.
  • Ordering and toping up office stationaries and pantry supplies on a regular basis.
  • Ensure office equipment and premises are well maintained by liaising with Building Management team.
  • Ensure reception areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM holder or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
  • Good command of Language in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good working attitude, pleasant outlook and personality with good communication.
