- Managing & monitoring restaurant performance to company standards
- Strive to achieve sales budget set by management
- Managing disciplinary & performance of restaurant crew
- Enforce compliance of SOP in restaurant
- Candidate must be Malaysian with minimum qualification Diploma in equivalent studies.
- Candidate must have basic knowledge on restaurant
- Candidate must able to work in a Team, responsible and most important is Trustworthy.
- Able to manage F&B budget and costs
- Committed towards customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
