Job Responsibilities: 
1. Assist manager to lead, motivate and develop team to maximum profits
2. Ensure efficiency, effectiveness and cleanliness of work area
3. Ensure all possible controls are in place to deter any cash or stock losses
4. Be able to report effectively all operations to the Manager
5. Manage and train staff

Job Requirements:
1. Min SPM qualification 
2. At least 2-3 years in Japanese cuisine experience
3. Hands-on experience in supervising restaurant operations and management
