To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails by providing support, information, and guidance.
Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries for hall rentals / events.
Making accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales & preparation of the hall rental contracts.
Execute sales activities (i.e. cinema tour projects) to ensure that the Company’s sales target is maximized.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience preferably in sales/ entertainment/ leisure.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle customers efficiently.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
