One of the industrial laser technology manufacturing company are looking for a role of Sales Manager in Laser Technology which is based within Penang region. This role will work closely with the technical team to grow the company sales efficiently. Reports directly to the General Manager. The suitable candidate shall be an experienced Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager from the semiconductor, electronic and automation industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible to manage customers from sales visit, technical needs, commercial discussion, and sales offer management.

Researching, analyze and developing laser marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to increase sales.

Implementing new sales plans and advertising for marketing activities.

Maintaining relationships with existing clients and develop business opportunities with new clients.

Prepare and present monthly reports of sales activities in CRM system.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Engineering/Management or equivalent

3 to 5 years' experience in CNC machines and automation lines

Knowledge of laser applications in electronic industries is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written in English communication.

Good is MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)

Possess strategies to develop and implement sales and marketing strategy effectively and efficiently.

Strong leadership qualities, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong industry knowledge that can be leveraged to grow the current business base
