If you are a person who is COMMITTED, have GOOD ATTITUDE, the relevant TECHNICAL SKILL and COMMUNICATION SKILL both spoken and written, we have vacancies for the following position:-  


  • To set up and head the new Sales & Marketing department including Credit & Sales Administration department.
  • Responsible for daily operation at Sales Gallery.
  • Formulates sales policies, practices and procedures.
  • Monitor and track sale processes and to ensure sales closed within the stipulated period.
  • Propose, manage and execute programs for customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct property market research, consumer preference and pricing benchmark.
  • To liaise with solicitors, bankers, government authorities.
  • To coordinate with Project Manager for all implementation sales & marketing strategies, implement events road shows and promotional activities.
  • Knowledgeable in all aspect of authorities’ approval relating to property sales and administration e.g. Developer’s License, Advertising permit and etc.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.
  • Strong leadership with management skills and presentation skills.
  • Solid decision making, organizational, planning and problem solving.
  • Independent, initiator and entrepreneurial mindset.


  • Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years’ working experience in related field. (At least 5 years’ experience in managerial position)
  • Experience in property development industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in written and spoken in English, B. Malaysia & Chinese.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, fast-paced and high performance culture.
  • Basic knowledge on government laws and regulation regarding to property.
  • Computer literate.
  • Independent, strong analytical and problem-solving.
  • Able to work on a flexible schedule and travel when required. 
  • Priority to be given to those candidates who can start work immediately.
