Minimum qualification of a relevant degree, diploma or equivalent or with minimum 5 years’ experience in Housekeeping.
Must have strong management capability and personality.
Must be familiar with Windows and MS Office.
Posses excellent oral and written communication skills.
Provide management and administrative responsibilities supportive of the Director Of Operations.
Plan, organize and control operations in the facilities under charge to ensure smooth delivery of services to the customer.
To ensure that the standardized UEMS program is implemented in every account under control and also in compliance with ISO 9001 standard, OHSAS 18001 and other management systems to be implemented in future.
To ensure high subjective and objective standard of quality, as defined by the customer and UEMS, is being established in all accounts served.
To participate in and assume responsible for the development of favorable climate within the facility and a high level of customer satisfaction, especially that of the key decision-makers.
To consciously promote the company and services that would promote lateral sales and the positive image of the company.
To actively cultivate an image of professionalism, integrity and character as representative of the company.
To support the SOM in start-up activities, working very closely with all relevant departments and personnel to ensure total success and minimal interruptions to ES Operations.
To carry out performance appraisal for Housekeeping Managers, Facility Executives and Supervisors from time to time and to provide all necessarysupport in their career development as and when appropriate.
