Selling skincare products(Cosmeceutical) to pharmacy channel/beauty store
To develop product sales in assigned territory as defined by the company.
To provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with customers.
To achieve sales target set by company.
Services existing customer accounts, obtain orders, and establish new customer accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly as well as annual territory analyses.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new and existing products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolve customer’s complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Medicine, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess own transportation with a valid driving license and willing to travel.
Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
Good communication skills, pleasant personality & interested in skincare.
Working experience in the pharma industry or beauty skincare industry.
