  • Ensure accurate and on time payment of all contractual rebates to customers
  • Calculations of rebate accrual for all shipments to customers to ensure the revenue accruals are accurately stated and perform revenue accrual adjustment if needed
  • Validation on rebate claims submitted by customers
  • Responsible of price correction if invoices are billed with the wrong price
  • Perform analysis in estimation of claim forecast in supporting working capital initiative
  • Address all customer requests and provide timely following through with resolving any customer issues
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of pricing, revenue accrual & customer claims and leveraging that understanding to maintain appropriate control
  • Daily interface with customers and internal teams (Sales Finance, Sales, Order Management and Credit teams) in managing the customers portfolio
  • Being a key contact for internal / external reporting & audit regarding pricing, revenue accrual & customers? claims
  • Ensure smooth month end close and ensure compliance to GAAP, policies & SOX Key Controls
  • Lead/Participate in projects / assignments and process improvements
  • Develop and publish weekly / monthly / quarterly key performance Indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and executive management
  • Reviewing and analyzing current procedures to recommend and implement changes to standardize activities and integrate into shared services
  • Participate and lead in cross functional process and system improvement initiatives
  • Lead the maintenance of a strong control?s environment
  • Drive to meet SLA level in quality and speed

  • 5 - 8 years of related working experience.
  • Strong business acumen on business activities with an action-oriented mindset
  • Proactive, detailed oriented and solid analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills with good spoken & written English. (Chinese language is an added advantage).
  • Assertive, creative, and ready to work in a changing environment
  • A self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision and a good teamwork player
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Acumen to focus on people, processes and systems
  • Managing customer relationships and dealing with queries and discrepancies in relation to OEM Rebate Analytics
  • Close communication and partnership with Internal Audit teams as well as Revenue Mega Process Owner
  • Focus on more structural problem solving and quality improvement
  • SAP/ other ERP system knowledge is an added advantage

    Degree in Accountancy / Business Studies / ACCA or any equivalent accounting processional qualification
