Hire Digital is looking for an analytical and effective Business Development Director, Enterprise who is adept at driving key account revenue and growing our consultative sales. The Business Development Director, Enterprise will be responsible for owning the target accounts pipeline and driving our client acquisition programs, analyzing client acquisition metrics, and working with adjacent teams to develop strategies and campaigns to enhance client acquisition.This is a remote position. We welcome candidates from any location. Resumes are to be submitted in English.Responsibilities:Build a client acquisition pipeline, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to mature growth companies, as well as nurture and close client deals.Lead the day to day execution of consulting with clients and developing client engagement plans for key target accounts, advising them to utilize our talent network and build on demand teams.Develop a tailored plan to address current needs and create a roadmap for future growth opportunities.Analyze results, propose new strategies and implement them.Set up tools and applications required for the role and conduct new programs to optimize results.Train Business Development Representatives specialized in key channels to take on successful experiments and optimize them for performance.Requirements:5+ years of enterprise sales and account management experience in a reputed company.Proven record of high performance and outstanding achievements in past positions.Strong understanding of the digital transformation needs and challenges faced by clients in industries such as financial services, high-tech, telecommunications, manufacturing, energy, retail, pharmaceuticals, or travel and logistics.Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills.About Hire DigitalHire Digital is a freelance network of top talents in digital marketing, web development, and design.
