Responsibilities :
• Take full ownership and responsibilities of the Treasury and Cash Management functions.
• Handle daily treasury operations, cash management, deposit placement, foreign exchange, bank account administration, fund transfer.
• Work with banks to resolve checks/funds transfer issue. 
• Ensure activities posted to  GL accounts  in a timely manner.
• Perform daily/month end bank reconciliation.
• Forecast cash flow positions, ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirement.
• Monitoring foreign currency requirement.
• Handling foreign exchange activities, entering into forward contract to mitigate forex risk.
• Handling hedging activities, monitoring the effectiveness of hedging.
• Monitoring the interest rate and ensure money placement is performed with the best available rate.
• Perform interest income forecast and analyse the variance between actual and forecast.
• Perform cashflow forecast and projections and analyze the variance between actual and forecast.
• Perform forex exposure forecast and analyze the variance between actual and forecast.
• Prepare Journal Entries and responsible for month end and year end closing.
• Perform GL balance reconciliation for month end closing.
• Prepare  treasury reports for   management, support ad-hoc requests and reports when required by Corporate Treasury and other Department.
• Provide support to both internal and external audit and resolve all possible queries.
• Candidate possess Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance/Banking.
• 1/2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Working experience in  Treasury and Cash Management is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skill with detail orientation.
• Excellent problem solving skills with strong operational and financial judgment.
• Strong and proactive problem-solving skills and ability to determine when assistance is needed.
• Ability to multi task/work independently to manage and prioritize a variety of tasks with high level of difficulty at once to meet deadlines.
• Candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and a good team player.
• Possess a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and good knowledge in MS Words and MS Powerpoint.
• Knowledge in ERP system is preferrable.
